Service hours and appointment planning

Service hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to noon. The department is closed Sunday. Call 1-800-472-9425 before arriving so the team can confirm the current appointment process, timing and any information needed for your visit.

When you call, have the year, make, model, mileage and a concise description of the concern ready. If a warning light is on, note when it appeared and whether anything changed in the way the vehicle drives.

Service information that helps

The most useful service request describes the vehicle and the symptom without guessing at the repair.

• For maintenance: tell us the mileage and the work you believe is due.
• For a noise or drivability concern: describe when it happens, where it seems to come from and whether it is getting worse.
• For a warning light: note the message, whether the light is steady or flashing, and whether the vehicle is safe to drive.
• For parts: provide the VIN when requested so fitment can be checked against the exact vehicle.

Part availability, price and fitment must be checked for the exact vehicle. The same is true of service offers: terms, dates, eligible models and required work can change. Contact the service department for current information instead of relying on an old coupon or expired special.
