Useful information starts with clear standards.

Sawicki Motors publishes vehicle research to help shoppers understand a model before they compare individual vehicles. Our goal is straightforward: make the page useful to a reader, explain what is being discussed and distinguish general model information from the details of a specific vehicle.

What our research covers

Research can cover a vehicle’s model range, powertrains, seating, dimensions, fuel economy, available features and other practical ownership questions. We publish a topic only when it has enough evidence and context to be useful. We do not create pages simply to target a search phrase or repeat information that already appears elsewhere on the site.

How we source factual claims

For current model specifications, we begin with the manufacturer’s published information. For recalls and safety matters, we use the relevant authoritative source. When a claim needs support, the source is linked on the page and the access or verification date is recorded. Manufacturer descriptions are not copied as editorial copy; they are reviewed and summarized in plain language.

Research pages and inventory listings are different

Research is about a model. Inventory is about an individual vehicle. A feature shown on a model page may be optional, unavailable or configured differently on a particular vehicle. The inventory page is the place to request current price, mileage, availability, photos and equipment details.

Updates and corrections

Vehicle information changes. We review material factual updates when new information becomes available and correct errors when they are identified. Editorial independence

Research is written to help a shopper make sense of a vehicle, not to promise an outcome. We do not publish fabricated ratings, customer reviews, price offers or availability claims. We also avoid publishing unsupported reliability, safety or ownership claims. A useful page is more important than a large number of pages.
