SERVICE DEPARTMENT – “On Monday, March 7th I was traveling from Rockford, IL to Omaha, NE and stopped for gas at the Petrol station just off I-39. I inadvertently filled my 2004 Toyota Highlander with E85 gasoline and knew right away that I had done something wrong.
Upon asking for help at the station, I was given the phone number for Sawicki Motors. When I called, I was advised by Kerry Clark as to how my vehicle might react and given directions to the service department. The next six and a half hours were spent at your facility while your staff drained the gas and dealt with some other problems that arose.
I want you to know how grateful I am for the kind, attentive care that I received, particularly from Mr. Clark, but also from everyone that I encountered while there. I was traveling alone and was made to feel safe and cared for. When I finally left the service department, I was assured that the car was safe to drive and advised to check with my local Toyota dealer after arriving home.
